The state of Virginia requires that all REALTORS represent the seller of any property, regardless of whose sign is in the yard.
This poses a problem for all buyers who are not represented by a REALTOR.
When you employ an agent to represent you on your behalf, you will have every advantage that is listed on the next page.
It would not make sense to take on such an important aspect of your life when the majority of the time my services are free.
In most cases the seller has already agreed to pay my company’s side of the commission so why wouldn’t you want all of the benefits for FREE??
