A Real Estate Agent is the liaison between YOU and ALL OTHER ENTITIES involved in the process of purchasing a home.

These entities CAN include:

  • The Seller
  • The Seller’s Agent
  • Banks
  • Lawyers
  • Home Inspectors
  • Insurance Brokers
  • Appraisers
  • Contractors
  • Government Officials
  • …Etc.

The involvement of so many people in one already confusing, stressful process is DAUNTING to even the most experienced homebuyers.

The job of the real estate agent is to make that process of purchasing a home as smooth and effortless for the buyer as possible. 

That is my #1 goal in my job.


What’s my #2 goal?

A GREAT majority of the people who purchase a piece of property don’t understand the process.  They know they paid a certain amount of money upfront, and they know they have to pay a certain amount of money every month, but otherwise they don’t understand what actually happened.

I feel it’s my responsibility as a real estate agent to educate you, as the buyer, on the process of your purchase so that:

1)  You will feel comfortable and in control of your destiny,

2)  You can make the best decision possible, and

3)  You will KNOW that I’m doing everything I can to ensure you achieve your real estate goals.
